WARRANTY AND RETURNS TERMS
WARRANTY TERMS
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer or importer company warranty. For the warranty terms to be valid, the product(s) must be checked during delivery by the shipping carrier. If any damage is observed, a damage report must be prepared and the product(s) must not be accepted. Any modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered under the warranty.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION TERMS
1. In the event that the product you purchased via guzellikburada.com is found to be defective, you may contact us as soon as you notice the defect via destek@guzellikburada.com or 0850 650 34 34. Following the evaluation process, the defective product delivered free of charge to our return address, "Icerenkoy Mah. Bahceleraras Sok. No:43 Kat:24 Atasehir/Istanbul," via the contracted cargo company will be replaced with a new one. (For returns sent via cargo companies other than the contracted cargo company, the return shipping cost belongs to the buyer.) If the defect in the ordered product has arisen from customer use, the product will not be returned or exchanged. Under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, your rights regarding a defective product are subject to a two-year limitation period from the date of delivery. As the terms for product returns and exchanges, the practices stipulated under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (Turkey) shall apply.
2. In order to cancel your order, your order must not have been shipped. Orders that have been shipped can be canceled only after they are returned to the company and the necessary inspections have been completed. To request an order cancellation, you may contact us.
3. Returns of products whose package/box has been opened, products that have been tried, and products whose form has been altered cannot be accepted pursuant to the Distance Sales Contract.
4. Product returns or exchanges are processed if the product is damaged/broken during shipping delivery. The scent and texture of skin care and cosmetic products are entirely a matter of personal preference and, pursuant to applicable legislation, products you have purchased and used will not be accepted for return or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. The product not adapting to your skin or not delivering the effect you expected cannot be considered a reason for return.
5. You may exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Following your notice, you must send the product, strictly unopened and unused, together with its original packaging, via the contracted shipping company within 10 days of your notice.
6. The assurance that the inner packaging of our cosmetic products requested to be returned by exercising the Right of Withdrawal has not been opened is that even the cardboard outer packaging we wrap around the products reaches us unopened and undamaged. Otherwise, since the caps may have been opened and the products may have been smelled or tested, the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised due to hygiene requirements.
The products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are as follows: *Products that cannot be returned by their nature, *Products prepared in line with the consumer's requests or clearly in accordance with their personal needs
* Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER, products that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and, by their nature, cannot be separated, * Makeup Products * In order for cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, and items such as swimsuits and bikinis to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
7. In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use, or other conditions are detected in the mistakenly purchased product and/or its packaging, and where the product is not returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the buyer, the product will not be accepted for return and no refund will be issued.
