WARRANTY AND RETURN TERMS
WARRANTY TERMS
All products are covered by the manufacturer or importer warranty unless otherwise stated. For the warranty terms to be valid, the product(s) must be checked during delivery by the shipping carrier. If any damage is observed, a report must be filed and the product(s) must not be accepted. Any modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or damage to the product's original design is not covered under warranty.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION TERMS
1. If the product you purchased on guzellikburada.com turns out to be defective, you must contact us as soon as possible and no later than within 7 days from the delivery date via destek@guzellikburada.com or 0850 650 34 34. Following the evaluation process, the defective product will be sent to our return address, "Icerenkoy Mah. Bahcelerarasi Sok. No:43 Kat:24 Atasehir/Istanbul," free of charge via our contracted shipping company and will be replaced with a new one. (…………. Return shipping costs for returns sent via shipping companies other than Kargo are the responsibility of the buyer.) If the error in the ordered product is caused by customer use, or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product will not be returned or exchanged. Regarding the terms of product returns and exchanges, the practices required under Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers (Turkey) shall apply.
2. In order to cancel your order, your order must not have been shipped. Orders that have been handed over to the shipping carrier can be canceled only after they are returned to the company and the necessary inspections have been completed. To request an order cancellation, you can contact us.
3. Returns of products with opened packages/boxes, products that have been tried, or products whose form has been altered cannot be accepted pursuant to the Distance Sales Contract.
4. Product returns and exchanges are carried out in cases where the product is damaged/broken during delivery by the shipping carrier. The scent and texture of skin care and cosmetic products are entirely a matter of personal preference and, under applicable legislation, products you have purchased and used are not eligible for return or replacement unless there is a manufacturing-related issue. The product not being compatible with your skin or not delivering the effect you expected cannot be considered grounds for return.
5. If you would like to return the product, you may send the unopened and unused product, together with its original packaging, to us within 7 days via our contracted shipping company.
6. For cosmetic products you wish to return by exercising the Right of Withdrawal, the guarantee that the inner packaging has not been opened is that even the cardboard outer packaging we wrap around the products reaches us unopened and undamaged. Otherwise, since the caps may have been opened and the products may have been smelled or tried, the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised due to hygiene conditions.
The following products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal: *Products that cannot be returned by their nature, *Products prepared in line with the consumer's requests or clearly in accordance with their personal needs
* Products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened by the BUYER; products that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and, by their nature, cannot be separated, * Makeup Products *For cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, and items such as swimsuits and bikinis to be eligible for return, their packaging must be unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused.
7. If any opening, damage, breakage, deterioration, destruction, tearing, use, or similar condition is found in the mistakenly purchased product and/or its packaging, and/or if the product is not returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the buyer, the product will not be accepted for return and its price will not be refunded.
